Happy Early Father's Day Macaroni Dads!!

This week the kids and I spent some time creating some artwork for their Dad. My little one's enjoy painting so much and they absolutley beamed with the idea of getting to sprawl their creativity onto canvas.

With so many manly gifts out there that could be bought, it just seemed fitting for us to make something that came from them. From the heart. From the mind. From the hand. My kids love giving their Dad something special they have created! Something all their own.

Ask him.....he gets thousands of 'Love notes' every week. The kids notes are super adorable at this age. It's the simple things my husband loves! He honestly would rather get a scribbled piece of paper than an expensive gift and I love that about him.

He's an amazing Dad, always there for the kids, he plans the best family trips of which we usuallly visit places we've never been before. He finds all the cool sights to see, restaurants to try out, landmarks, places to hike, explore, and camp. He truly makes the learning fun! He's coached soccer, cooks some killer meals, loves to take the family camping and on new explorations. He takes over during math homework help. He helps clean, does laundry, reads bedtime stories, and even takes our daughter to dances. He's selfless, hard working and puts his family first! What more could we ask for!? Bursting with gratefulness. Grateful for a special father and grateful for a loving husband!

Thank you honey for being an amazing Father, everyday!

Above is a picture of the kids with their dad, obviously a few years back. But, it's one of my favorites. We all drove from S. Florida to the Grand Canyon cross-country and camped! The kids were one, two and a half and ten! Best family vacation so far.....and we've had some great ones!

Each week I add new events and activities so be sure to check them all out on the Calendar Tab at the top of the page. Don't forget, each event on the calendar can be saved and imported to your phone/pc calendar via one click on the "Google Calendar" button. You can save this to any calendar you use. (You do not need to have Google Calendar for this to work) Makes remembering all the fun stuff to do as a family easy-peasy!

Till next week friends..................
Embrace your Father!!!

Much love~
