WIN: 4 Tickets to WILD KRATTS LIVE! at Cobb Energy Centre

By Tara Holland, Publisher Gainesville-Flowery Branch Macaroni Kid January 12, 2017
Teaching our children about the arts, and encouraging them to love all kinds of mediums is such an important job. Not only does it give them an appreciation of the arts, it also shows them that there are many ways to express yourself.

Attending a live performance allows kids to experience a show in a whole new way, instead of just watching it on television. The ArtsBridge Family Performance Series helps families by providing shows that young children can enjoy. These high-quality, one-hour performances by national and international touring companies are engaging for the whole family.

We recently had the opportunity to attend the Odd Squad LIVE! show at Cobb Energy Centre. Ms. O and her new agents, Owen and Ophelia, needed help solving the problem of oddness happening in our town. Using music, singing, and STEM problem solving, the audience was able to participate and become a part of the program. In just one hour, the performers were able to take the well-known television show and transform it into an interactive adventure for the whole family.

Next up in the ArtsBridge Series is Wild Kratts Live! at Cobb Energy Centre. Performances are Friday, January 27 at 6:30 pm and Saturday, January 28 at 1:00 pm and 4:30 pm. Tickets start at $27, and are on sale now at artsbridgega.org or at the Cobb Energy Centre box office.

Animated Kratt Brothers, Martin and Chris, “come to real life” in a classically Wild Kratts story. Off “To the Creature Rescue!” the Kratt Brothers activate some fan favorite Creature Power Suits to confront a comic villain. Through hilarious pratfalls and amazing animal ‘wow facts’ the Wild Kratts team rescue their favorite invention from Zach’s clutches so the animals of the creature world are safe once again.
