4th of July Celebrations & Fireworks

July 4th - July 4th Festivities and Fireworks - Alpharetta 
6-10 PM: The fireworks display begins at dusk! Entertainment and children’s activities will be on the lawn behind Alpharetta Community Center from 6-9 PM.  There will be nominal fees for inflatables and other children’s activities (cash only).  Food vendors will be located throughout the park (cash only). Fireworks will be shot rain or shine.

July 4th -4th of July Concert & Fireworks - Acworth
4-10 PM: The celebration features live music by The Paul Hand Band starting at 5:30 pm and headliners FLASHBACK starting at 7 pm.  At dark, watch as one of the largest fireworks shows in Cobb County takes place over Lake Acworth. Food and drinks will be available from vendors.

July 4th - Centennial Olympic Park 2015 4th of July Celebration - Atlanta
Gates open at 6 PM: Live, family-friendly entertainment in the late afternoon and the evening concludes with an impressive fireworks display. The televised fireworks display is synchronized with a special selection of patriotic and popular music celebrating America’s independence. MARTA is strongly encouraged for transportation. Arrive at the Park early to get a good seat.

July 4th- Legendary Fourth of July at Lenox Square - Buckhead
6 PM: This year’s activities will include the largest fireworks display in the Southeast, musical entertainment and food concessions. Fireworks scheduled to begin at approximately 9:40 PM.

July 4th- Mall of Georgia 13th Annual Star Spangled Fourth! - Buford
Event opens at 5 PM: The mall’s Independence Day event is offering a full day of fun activities for the entire family including children’s rides and inflatables, live music, food and beverage concessions and the largest fireworks display in the county!

July 4th- City of Canton 4th of July Parade and Fireworks - Canton
There will be a parade from 7-8 PM in Historic Downtown Canton followed by fireworks on Riverstone at dusk.

July 4th - Chamblee Fourth of July Celebration - Chamblee
5-10 PM: This event is full of fun for the entire family and includes one of the best fireworks shows around. There will be live music, food and activities for the family. Keswick Park Soccer Field.

July 4th - Crabapple Community Association's 4th of July Walking Parade - Crabapple
10 AM: Attendees are asked to decorate their tricycles, bicycles, strollers, barbie cars, wagons, wheelchairs, pets and themselves. Prizes will be awarded for festiveness. Participants are asked to arrive by 9:30 AM and gather across from the Broadwell Pavillion on Broadwell Road. A children's activity area will be set up to be enjoyed after the parade. 

July 3rd - City of Cumming July 4th Celebration  - Cumming
6- 11 PM: The celebration begins with various vendors, inflatables for kids, a live band, spectacular fireworks display along with an all age dance contest immediately after the fireworks. Bring your blanket, set out on the lawn and enjoy the festivities.

July 4th - City of Cumming 4th of July Parade - Cumming
10 AM: The 4th of July parade proudly showcases a unique collection of steam engines, antique cars, marching bands, local ball teams, firetrucks, celebrities and much more! It is truly an experience you will never forget, so load up some lawn chairs and bring the kids for an entire day of excitement!

July 4th- July 4th Celebration - Dahlonega
8 AM-10 PM: Farmers Market, watermelon cutting, Classic Car Show; spend time at Home Depot’s Kids’ Corner and dance to the diverse sounds of bluegrass, folk, and country musicians lining the square. The Independence Day Parade through the historic square begins around 5pm and ends just in time to find a spot on the nearby drill field of the University of North Georgia to await the spectacular fireworks show at dark.

July 4th- Fourth of July City of Decatur - Decatur
Pied Piper Parade begins at 6 p.m. It ends at the Community Bandstand on the square with a presentation of colors and the Star Spangled Banner. YOU can even join in (line up at 5:30PM) Band begins at 7 PM and fireworks at dark.

July 3rd - Duluth Celebrates America - Duluth
6-9 PM: Festivities will begin on Duluth Town Green including, live music. Food vendors will be available along with kids activities and a FABULOUS Fireworks display.

July 4th - Dunwoody Fourth of July Parade - Dunwoody
9 AM: The annual Fourth of July Parade will be featuring marching bands, floats, clowns, animal units and local celebrities. This year's theme is Honoring Our Educational Stars.

July 4th- 4th of July Celebration Parade & Fireworks- Blue Ridge
10AM: Old time parade with floats runs through downtown. Games and live music downtown from 11-2. BBQ Live music and Fireworks will be held at Lake Blue Ridge Marina also.
 
July 1st- 4th - Independence Day Celebration & Fair - Jasper
Carnival/Fair open daily. Live Music. Food. July 4th Parade at 10 a.m. Bingo, Entertainment, Fireworks at 10 p.m.

July 3rd - Prelude to the 4th - Lawrenceville
7-10 PM: Enjoy a complimentary outdoor Broadway show, Camelot. The evening concludes with a spectacular fireworks finale. There will be a pre-performance by Chris Hamrick & The City Lights which will start at 5 p.m.

July 4th - Roswell 4th of July Fireworks Extravaganza - Roswell
5:30 PM: The City of Roswell will once again host a huge community celebration of our nation’s Independence Day. Enjoy giant inflatables, carnival games, food trucks, face painting, live music, and other fun, family-friendly activities. Fireworks will begin at dark.

July 4th -July 4th Spectacular - Woodstock
10 AM: HUGE parade kicks off the celebration. The parade starts and ends at Woodstock Elementary School on Rope Mill Rd. It travels up Main St. to Towne Lake Pkwy, Mill St., Market St., Fowler St., Main St. and back to the school. Festival: After the parade, join us in The Park at City Center (101 Arnold Mill Rd.) until 3 pm for food, live music in the gazebo, children’s games, cake walk, arts and crafts, Adam the Juggler, and vendors of all types. Fun for young and old! Fireworks: The day concludes with fireworks at dusk behind the Target shopping center at Hwy 92 and I-575.

PAID Events: 
July 3rd - 4th - 1st Annual Celebrate Freedom Rodeo - Alpharetta
Friday: Gates open at 5:30 PM; Saturday: Gates open at 1:30 PM
Featuring Bull Riding, Saddle Bronc and Bareback Riding, Barrel Racing, Breakaway Roping, Tie-down Roping, Team Roping and steer wrestling. Great family friendly entertainment.  Shop local vendors and enjoy boiled peanuts, funnel cakes and more. Enjoy a ride on the mechanical bull if you dare. $15 General admission, $10 for Military and Public Service (Must show I.D), $8 Children 6-10 yrs.,  Children 5 yrs. and under are free.

July 4th - 4th of July Celebration! - The Children's Museum of Atlanta - Atlanta
12PM & 2 PM: Make your own flag to wave in our Fourth of July Parade led by Jerry G. and his drums. After the parade, salute our country by singing a roaring rendition of the Star Spangled Banner followed by You’re a Grand Ole Flag. The program will conclude with a special indoor Imagination fireworks display that involves your feet and bubble wrap.  Free with general admission, free for members, $12.75 Adults & Children 2 and up.

July 4th - Red, White & View at the Georgia Aquarium - Atlanta
7:30-10 PM: Atlanta families have access to the city’s BEST VIEW of the Centennial Olympic Park Firework show. Tickets are only $15 for kids and $20 for Adults and Seniors (plus tax). Your ticket includes access to our prime firework viewing area, fun activities for kids, summertime treats and desserts and beverages for all. Items allowed and encouraged to enhance your fireworks viewing experience: Chairs, Blankets, Picnic/Cooler, Games.

July 4th - Coca-Cola® July 4th Fest at Six Flags Over Georgia - Austell
All guests that arrive to the park with a Coca-Cola® can on July 3rd-July 5th will be admitted into the park an hour early to ride BATMAN: The Ride, Mind Bender, THE JOKER Chaos Coaster, Goliath, Dare Devil Dive and Harley Quinn Spinsanity. July 3rd - 5th - Independence Day Celebration - Lanier World 
Celebrate our nation's birthday with us! It's the perfect weekend to come ride the water slides, dip your toes in the lake, build a sandcastle along our pristine beach, and soak up the sun at LanierWorld! There will be patriotic food and drink specials all weekend long, and fireworks three days in a row! This is an Independence Day celebration you won't want to miss! Fireworks begin each night at 10 PM.

July 4th - July 4TH Weekend Star Spangled Beach Party at Callaway Gardens - Pine Mountain
The celebration begins early and lasts well into the night at our annual July 4th Star Spangled Beach Party at Robin Lake Beach. Highlights include beach activities, live music - headlined by the Swingin' Medallions, the FSU Flying High Circus and our annual Fireworks Extravaganza. Be sure to pack plenty of red, white and blue for this All-American Weekend!

July 2nd - 5th - Stone Mountain Fantastic Fourth Celebration - Stone Mountain
9:30 AM - 10:30 PM: Memorial lawn at Stone Mountain Park. Special fireworks display is following the Lasershow Spectacular. Show is FREE but parking is $15 (FREE for pass holders). Click here to go to our savings article for discount tickets on park attraction admission.

FOR ADULTS ONLY:
July 4th - Red White & Brew, A July 4th Beer Fest - Atlanta
7- 10 PM: Celebrate with unlimited beer samplings, food, live music and fireworks! After dinner and drinks, head up to the Aquarium's parking deck rooftop for a view of the Centennial Olympic Park firework show. Tickets: $55 (+tax). This event is for ages 21 and up only.
